Delivery and return
Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to provide will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secure connection.
The cardholder must keep a copy of transaction records and merchant policies and rules.
We accept online payments using Visa and MasterCard credit and debit card in UAE Dirhams.
 
 
Return and cancellation policy
Returns are made for goods not sent or received on the same credit card and with the same method of payment. The company's products are fresh foods that are specially prepared for each customer. Therefore, all Just Meat products are not covered by return or exchange.
We may be contacted if you receive a defective or non-conforming product.

In the event that the order is less than 300 dirhams, an amount of 51 dirhams will be paid for delivery, depending on the type of applicable offer.
  
 
Exchange, refund or cancellation
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind about buying. If you change your mind before receiving your order, simply contact Customer Service to cancel your order, and we will do our best to cancel it, provided your order has not already been executed. And in the event that this happens, we regret and apologize for the inability to return, because we deal with fresh food products that are specially prepared for each customer according to demand.
 
 
 Payment and delivery in the UAE
Payment was made within the UAE via electronic payment (Visa - Master Card). The order is delivered to the customer through a company specialized in delivering shipments. The delivery company's service covers all major cities in the UAE, as well as the western region and remote areas. Delivery takes two to three days, as a maximum, to major cities, if the product is available upon request. Delivery is made to the western region and remote cities on specific days.
 
Important information about delivery within the UAE
The order is delivered to a company specialized in delivering shipments, and they do not have any relationship with our customers. The customer pays the order value to the company.
Delivery takes a maximum of 3 days after confirming the order (except Friday). Please be patient and contact us after two days if you do not receive a call from the delivery company representative.
Delivery times are usually between ten in the morning and ten in the evening. Orders are delivered according to the delivery company's representative's itinerary in their respective areas.
Please make sure your mobile device is on and kept close by. And cooperate with the representative of the delivery company and describe the address accurately.
If the delivery company representative leaves your area, it is difficult to violate the traffic plan and return to your area. In this case, the order will be delivered the next day. Please do not be embarrassed.
The delivery company representative cannot wait for the customer for more than 10 minutes.
